Dunthorpe Landscaping

Dunthorpe is a suburb of Portland, located just south of the Portland city limits and north of the Multnomah County line on the west side of the Willamette River. Lewis & Clark College, Tryon Creek State Park, and Lake Oswego are nearby. Dunthorpe is a beautiful place to live. It has rolling hills and stunning views of the Valley and Mount Hood. This family oriented city has excellent schools and fun-filled parks.

We are familiar with landscape Design/Build in Dunthorpe. Our experience working in Dunthorpe has taught us about the homes and properties. With 100 percent single family residential with private mansions and expansive lots, some have their own boathouses and docks.  Most of the region is zoned for a minimum of 20,000 square foot lots, but many of the homes and estates sit on much larger parcels, often an acre or more. The eastern side is bordered by the Willamette River and offers many waterfront properties.
