Patio Designs – Reveal 2019
Hip, Hip Hooray! It’s the first design reveal of the Season! We were thrilled to work with the Martinez Homeowners to showcase their backyard patio design in a little property we like to call:
Fenced Patio is People Hangout – Dog Run on the Side
As backyard patio designs go – this one is a stand-out! A neighborhood hangout, this design accommodates both man and his best friend. This fun-loving couple replaced their chicken yard for a dog run and People Pen. Sounds a bit odd but it’s perfect. Perfect for outdoor living where neighbors/friends can bring their canine pets to hang out in the backyard lawn while they spend time inside the fenced patio.
A Hog-Wire fence separates man from pet with easy-to-see-thru wire. The guests can enjoy their favorite spot inside at the dining table, kitchen bar, living area by the fireplace or even retreat to the hammock to laze away. The dog friends have a large dog run. Happy Humans, Happy Dogs!

Above all, check out the “before and during construction” photos in the portfolio. The photo examples will show the chicken run yard our homeowners previously lived with. It’s fun to hear their “chicken” stories and yard-life before they put a People Pen & Dog Run in.
Fun, Food, & Firelight
This landscape is just getting started. Mr & Mrs Martinez have more plans. The future sees garden beds and privacy screens at the property fence line. But now as the Paradise Crews head down the road, these happy homeowners are busy planning neighborhood fun/food/firelight for summer nights ahead.

Two thumbs up for these crafty homeowners and their Paradise Restored landscape designer for coming up with this pet-friendly landscape. Interested in a design plan for your backyard? Have a designer come to your property for a complimentary consultation.
