The Krieves Backyard Waterfall Pond Landscape Remodel centers on family gatherings and memories of a similar setting. Remembering the outdoor gatherings at Mom’s house was the impetus behind this incredible landscape transformation. What better way to enjoy an inheritance than to create a similar meeting place for the family? The design and development of this multi-functional yet stunningly beautiful family retreat was especially rewarding.
The original property was surrounded by nature and green space – perfect elements for an incredible raised rock water feature gradually spilling into a view pond. This soothing, natural pond becomes a picturesque back drop for a grand entertainment pavilion with stone fireplace lounge and paver courtyard. Stone pathways lead from it to a private sitting area tucked among native trees and shrubs at the top of the water feature. Impeccable deck work and unique gazebo compliment the landscape design and provide a seamless transition from the home interior to the outdoor living and finish out this incredible family sanctuary.
