The Kelsey Property is an excellent example of what can be done in a tight space. Artistic and colorful, the metal accent fire feature is unique. It is paired with equally unique bubbler water feature in this outdoor living space.
A bright orange fence color was used to add contrast to the brilliant blue retractable pergola awning. The retractable awning is a spectacular feature. The weather in Vancouver, Washington can be sunny one minute, rainy the next. Having an awning over your outdoor living space allows you to choose to open it or close.
Or if you have guests who cannot be in direct sunlight and other guests who love the sun, you can keep the awning half-way open.
An artsy metal cook station under a custom A-Frame. Surround it with gorgeous colorful plantings and voila – a stunning landscape!
